THE Transportation section stated an unsolicited proposal to build the Modified Mild Rail Transit (LRT) Line 6 is presently becoming evaluated by the National Financial and Development Authority (NEDA).
“It’s now with NEDA. It is an unsolicited proposal,” Transportation Undersecretary for Arranging & Job Advancement Ruben S. Reinoso, Jr. instructed BusinessWorld in a mobile phone job interview Thursday.
The indicative undertaking value is P73.24 billion, according to a report by the Community-Private Partnership (PPP) Centre.
The proponent is the Villar group’s Key Asset Ventures, Inc. or PAVI, Mr. Reinoso explained.
In its formal website, the PPP Centre claimed the phase 1 of the challenge includes “the building, operation and maintenance of an somewhere around 23.5-kilometer Light-weight Rail Transit Program, consisting of 9 stations that will prolong the LRT-1 Extension Task from Niog in Bacoor to Governor’s Drive in Dasmarinas traversing Bacoor, Imus and Dasmarinas Cities, all in the Province of Cavite.”
Other unsolicited PPP jobs that are for acceptance of a variety of governing administration bodies as of September, in accordance to the PPP Heart, are: the Fort Bonifacio-Makati Skytrain Undertaking, the Ninoy Aquino Global Airport Detailed Ability Enhancement Venture, the New Bohol Global Airport Job, the Cavite-Tagaytay-Batangas Expressway Job, the Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway Extension Project, and the C5 MRT-10 Venture, among other people.
The MRT-11 Project, the North Luzon Express Terminal Job, the Davao Worldwide Airport Growth, Operation, and Management Task, the New Metro Manila Meals and Transport Hub Venture, the Cebu Monorail Transit System Project, the Davao People Mover Undertaking, and the East-West Rail Task are also for approval at various federal government bodies. — Arjay L.
